(Policy 1) <br />(b) Support alternative to the automobile including mass transit, bicycle, walking, and <br />carpooling. (Policy 2) <br />The applicant is aware of the need for alternative modes of transportation and that different street <br />improvements serve different functions. <br />The applicant is proposing annexation of one tax lot. Based on this written narrative and the supporting <br />documents, the applicant has demonstrated that this application is consistent both the criteria and <br />intention of the Eugene City Code as set forth in EC 9.7825. <br />C: <br />
