This current discussion is informational only. <br /> <br />BACKGROUND <br />PeaceHealth has been considering plans for redevelopment at their Hilyard campus for the past several <br />years. As those plans develop, PeaceHealth has participated in the planning efforts and associated City <br />Council actions for the Central Area Transportation Study (CATS), Bus Rapid Transit (BRT), and the <br />West University Task Force. <br /> <br />RELATED CITY POLICIES <br />PeaceHealth's current plans would not require an amendment to CATS and are consistent with the <br />policies of CATS.
