MOTION: Councilor Poling, seconded by Councilor Pryor, moved to adopt <br />Council Bill 5095, an ordinance concerning the EWEB Downtown Riverfront <br />Property. <br />MOTION AND VOTE: Councilor Taylor, seconded by Councilor Brown, moved <br />to postpone the vote to July 22, 2013.
