Section 2 . This Resolution is effective immediately upon its passage by the City <br />Council. The annexation and automatic rezoning of the land from R- l/UL /WR; C- 1/UL /WR to <br />R -1 /WR; C -1 /WR pursuant to EC 9.7820(3) shall become effective in accordance with State law. <br />The foregoing Resolution adopted the 23 day of September, 2013. <br />City Recorder <br />Resolution - Page 2 of 2 <br />
