ORDINANCE NO. 20516 <br />AN ORDINANCE CONCERNING PUBLICATION OF SNOW EMERGENCY <br />ROUTE MAPS; REPEALING SECTION 5.684 OF THE EUGENE CODE, 1971; <br />AND AMENDING SECTION 5.686 OF THAT CODE. <br />THE CITY OF EUGENE DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1 . Section 5.684 of the Eugene Code, 1971, is repealed. <br />Sect 2 . Section 5.686 of the Eugene Code, 1971, is amended to provide as follows: <br />5.686 Snow Emergency - Amendment of Snow Emergency Route Map The city <br />manager or the manager's designee shall from time to time review the snow <br />emergency route map and may change the priority of roadways or add new <br />roadways to the priority system. Such changes shall be made as a part of an <br />administrative order and shall be subject to appeal as provided in section 5.045 of <br />this code. <br />Section 3 .
