AN ORDINANCE MAKING IT UNLAWFUL TO DISCRIMINATE BASED ON
GENDER IDENTITY, AND AMENDING SECTION 4.615 OF THE EUGENE
CODE, 1971.
THE CITY OF EUGENE DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1 . Suction 4.615 of the Eugene Code, 1971, is amended by revising the
definition of "Sexual orientation" to provide as follows;
4.615 Haman Rights - Definitions For purposes of sections 4.615 to 4.655, the
fallowing shall mean:
Sexual orientation. Actual or peroeived heterosexuality, homosexuality,
bisexuality, or gender identity..
Section 2 . The City Recorder, at the request of, or with the consent of the City Attorney,
is authorized to administratively correct any reference errors contained herein, or in other
provisions of the Eugene Cade, 1971, to the provisions added, amended or repealed herein.
