CONCERNING TRANSPORTATION
MAINTENANCE FEES.

THE CITY OF EUGENE DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Ordinance No. 20273 concerning Transportation System Maintenance Fees and adding
Sections 7.750 through 7.795 to the Eugene Code, 1971, which was passed by the City Council and
approved by the Mayor on December 9, 2002, is hereby repealed.
