ISSUE STATEMENT
This is a work session for the purpose of reviewing the City Manager’s performance over the past year.
BACKGROUND
The City Council annually evaluates the City Manager’s performance. The process and criteria used
were reviewed by the Mayor, City Council President, and City Council Vice President, and later
approved by the full Council. The evaluation work session will include 60 minutes of executive session
in the form of an interactive dialogue with the City Manager. This will be followed by 30 minutes of
open session during which the City Manager, Mayor and Councilors will give summary comments.
