REPEAL OF OUTDOOR VENDING ON PRIVATE PROPERTY
ADMINISTRATIVE RULE R-3.352 ESTABLISHED BY
ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER NO. 53-94-05-F.
The City Manager of the City of Eugene finds as follows:
A. Pursuant to Section 2.019 of the Eugene Code, 1971 (EC), on August 12, 1994,
Administrative Order No. 53-94-05-F was issued establishing Outdoor Vending on Private
Property Administrative Rule R-3.352. In addition, EC 3.358, which was in effect at the time the
Order was issued, also authorized establishment of the Rule.
B. On December 8, 1997, Ordinance No. 20102 was adopted repealing EC 3.350,
3.352, 3.354, 3.356, 3.358, 3.360, 3.362 and 3.364 (the City's Outdoor .Vending on Private
Property Code provisions) due to Ballot Measure 50 budget reductions. Passage of that
Ordinance rendered Administrative Order No. 53-94-05-F moot, however, the Order has not
been repealed. As a maintenance matter, the Order should be repealed.
On the basis of these findings, I order that Administrative Order No. 53-94-05-F is
repealed as of the effective date of this Order.
