Each person will have three minutes to speak. When you come to the podium, please give your name, city of residence, and, for Eugene residents, your ward if known. The timer and lights indicate the time you have to speak. A yellow light will come on when you have 15 seconds to complete your comments. The red light indicates the end of three minutes. Mayor closes Public Forum and asks for comments from the City Council. 2. CONSENT CALENDAR A. Approval of City Council Minutes - June 25, 2007, Work Session - July 9, 2007, City Council Meeting - July 18, 2007, Work Session - August 8, 2007, Work Session B. Approval of Tentative Working Agenda Council President: I move to approve the items on the Consent Calendar. Roll Call Vote 3.PUBLIC HEARING: An Ordinance Concerning Consumption or Possession of Alcohol in Public Places, and Amending Sections 4.190, 4.990, and 4.996 of the Eugene Code, 1971 Manager: Introduces topic, presents background information.
