I move to direct the City Manager to
hold a public hearing on street design standards for the Crest
Drive Neighborhood.

Rental Housing Program Update
City Council President:
I move to eliminate the sunset date from
the City Rental Housing Code. Direct the City Manager to initiate
changes necessary to remove provision of the Eugene Code, 1971,
that repeals the City Rental Housing Code at midnight, December
31, 2008.

Mayor:
The Public Forum is an opportunity for individuals to speak to the
City Council on any city-related issues except for those items which have
already been heard by a Hearings Official or are on tonight’s agenda as a
public hearing.
Each person will have three minutes to speak. When you come to the podium,
please give your name, city of residence, and, for Eugene residents, your ward
if known. The timer and lights indicate the time you have to speak. A yellow
light will come on when you have 15 seconds to complete your comments.
The red light indicates the end of three minutes.
Mayor closes Public Forum and asks for comments from the City Council.
