Each person will have three minutes to speak. When you come to the podium, please give your name, city of residence, and, for Eugene residents, your ward if known. The timer and lights indicate the time you have to speak. A yellow light will come on when you have 15 seconds to complete your comments. The red light indicates the end of three minutes. Mayor closes Public Forum and asks for comments from the City Council. 2. CONSENT CALENDAR A. Approval of Tentative Working Agenda Council President: I move to approve the items on the Consent Calendar. Roll Call Vote 3.ACTION: Street Design Standards for Crest Drive Area Suggested motion: City Council President: I move to confirm that the street design standards in the Design Standards and Guidelines for Eugene Streets, Sidewalks, Bikeways and Accessways are appropriate for streets in the area identified as the Crest Drive Area on the Eugene Street Classification Map. Roll Call Vote Alternate motion: City Council President: I move to adopt Resolution No. 4919, a resolution concerning streets widths in the Crest Drive area, and amending the City’s design standards and guidelines for the Eugene streets, sidewalks, bikeways and accessways, the Eugene Arterial and Collector Street Plan, and the Eugene Local Street Plan.
