City Council President:
I move to direct the City Manager to
initiate a Comprehensive Lands Assessment based on the key
elements in the attached project outline. The City Manager will fund
this work through a combination of funding strategies including, but
not limited to, state grants and existing resources including the
reserve for revenue shortfall.

The Mayor adjourns the meeting of the Eugene City Council and convenes a meeting of the
Eugene Urban Renewal Agency.

RFP for the 10 & Charnelton development site, and direct the
Agency Director to 1) focus efforts on moving the Beam project
forward and; 2) bring back an RFP for review after the URA has
signed a binding agreement with Beam Development.
