authorizing the City Manager to make application to the State of
Oregon to amend the boundaries of the West Eugene Enterprise

1.PUBLIC FORUM
Mayor:
The Public Forum is an opportunity for individuals to speak to the
City Council on any city-related issues except for those items which have
already been heard by a Hearings Official or are on tonight’s agenda as a
public hearing.
Each person will have three minutes to speak. When you come to the podium,
please give your name, city of residence, and, for Eugene residents, your ward
if known. The timer and lights indicate the time you have to speak. A yellow
light will come on when you have 15 seconds to complete your comments.
The red light indicates the end of three minutes.
Mayor closes Public Forum and asks for comments from the City Council.

Mayor opens the public hearing:
Those wishing to speak during the Public
Hearing must submit a completed “Request to Speak” form to the information
desk, prior to the beginning of the Public Hearing. When you come to the
podium, please give your name, city of residence, and, for Eugene residents,

on the podium; the yellow light indicates you have 15 seconds to complete your
comments. The red light indicates the end of three minutes.

4.ACTION:
An Ordinance Concerning Motor Vehicle Fuel Dealer’s Business License
Tax and Amending Section 3 of Ordinance No. 20337
City Council President:
I move that the City Council adopt Council Bill 4963,
an ordinance concerning motor vehicle fuel dealer’s business license tax.

The Mayor announces that the City Council will move to the McNutt Room for an executive
session.
5.EXECUTIVE SESSION
Pursuant to ORS 192.660(2)(e)
Mayor:
The Eugene City Council will now meet in Executive Session to
negotiate real property transactions. The Executive Session is held pursuant to
ORS 192.660(2)(e).
Representatives of the news media and designated staff shall be allowed to
attend the executive session. All other members of the audience are asked to
leave the room. Representatives of the news media are specifically directed
not to report on any of the deliberations during the executive session, except to
state the general subject of the session as previously announced. No decision
may be made in executive session. At the end of the executive session, we will
return to open session and welcome the audience back into the room.
