The Mayor adjourns the meeting of the Eugene City Council and convenes a meeting of the Eugene
Urban Renewal Agency.

Urban Renewal Agency President:
I move to direct the Agency
Director to solicit offers from parties interested in an assignment
of the purchase options not being exercised by the URA.
Roll Call Vote
The Mayor adjourns the meeting of the Eugene Urban Renewal Agency and reconvenes the meeting
of the Eugene City Council.
City Council President:
I move to direct the City Manager to convey
ownership of the City-owned parking lot identified in Attachment C to
Diamond Parking as partial compensation for the URA’s acquisition
of the property identified as property #4 in Attachment A.

1.PUBLIC FORUM
Mayor:
The Public Forum is an opportunity for individuals to speak to the
City Council on any city-related issues except for those items which have
already been heard by a Hearings Official or are on tonight’s agenda as a
public hearing.
Each person will have three minutes to speak. When you come to the podium,
please give your name, city of residence, and, for Eugene residents, your ward
if known. The timer and lights indicate the time you have to speak. A yellow
light will come on when you have 15 seconds to complete your comments.
The red light indicates the end of three minutes.
Mayor closes Public Forum and asks for comments from the City Council.

I move to adopt Resolution 4926 denying a Measure 37
claim of Charles Wiper, Inc. for property identified as Assessor’s Map 18-03-
18-00, Tax Lot 300.
