Recommended Motion
– Denying application based on review of all relevant criteria:
City Council President:
I move that the City Council adopt Council Bill
4971, an ordinance denying proposal to amend the Eugene-Springfield
Metropolitan Area General Plan (Metro Plan) to revise the Goal 5
significant mineral and aggregate resources inventory and redesignate
from “Agriculture” to “Sand & Gravel .

– Denying application based on applicant’s failure to prove that the site
contains significant aggregate resources:

4972, an ordinance denying proposal to amend the Eugene-Springfield
