Eugene Code, 1971; Adding a New Map 9.2161(6) (Downtown Plan
Map) to that Code; and Amending Map 9.4510 and Figure 9.4530(3)

9.8430, 9.8555, and 4.330 of the Eugene Code, 1971; Adding a New
Section 9.7007 to that Code; and Providing an Effective Date
