Street Assessment Policy
City Council President:
I move to direct the City Manager to:
a) include unimproved local streets in the draft FY 2010 – 2015
Capital Improvement Program and the FY 2010 Proposed Budget;

and b) identify a portion of the proposed General Obligation Bond for
Street Maintenance for the City’s $1.6 million share of the Crest
Drive, Storey Boulevard and Friendly Street improvements.

Mayor:
The Public Forum is an opportunity for individuals to speak to the
City Council on any city-related issues except for those items which have
already been heard by a Hearings Official or are on tonight’s agenda as a
public hearing.
Each person will have three minutes to speak. When you come to the podium,
please give your name, city of residence, and, for Eugene residents, your ward
if known. The timer and lights indicate the time you have to speak. A yellow
light will come on when you have 15 seconds to complete your comments.
The red light indicates the end of three minutes.
Mayor closes Public Forum and asks for comments from the City Council.
