' An Ordinance prohibiting the driving of any vehicle upon any of the streets
!or alleys of the City of Eugene or by any person who is a habitual user of narcotic
drugs, or any person who is intoxicated or under the influence of intoxicating
;liquor or narcotic drugs.
THE CITY OF EUGENE DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. It shall be unlawful in the City of Eugene for any person who
!is a habitual user of narcotic drugs or any person who is intoxicated or under
Ithe influence of intoxicating liquor or narcotic drugs to drive any vehicle upon
jany highway, street or thoroughfare within the City of Eugene.
Section 2. Ever-y person who is convicted of a violation of this ordinance
in the Recorder-'s Court shall be subject to a fine not exceeding X200.00 and be
impr~s~nad in the municipal jail for one day for each X2.00 of the fine unpaid,
and shall be liable for the costs of the prosecution.
