An Ordinance amending Section Z of Ordinance No. 4633 entitled:
"An Ordinance creating a revolving fund not to e$ceed One
Thousand dollars, to be allowed the City Treasurer for the
payment of claims requiring prompt payment, to be refunded
to said fund at each meeting of the Common Council by the
allowance of bills, and the payment of the same."

THE CITY OF EUGENE DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That Section 1 of Ordinance No. 4633 entitled:
"An Ordinance creating a revolving fund not to exceed One
Thousand dollars, to be allowed the City Treasurer for~''the
payment of claims requiring prompt payment, to be refunded
to said fund at each meeting of the Common Council by the
allowance of bills, and the payment of the same.rr
'passed by the Common Council and approved by the Mayor on the 9th day of February,
;1925, be and the same is hereby amended to read as follows:
"Section 1. That there shall be taken from the general
fund and deposited in a revolving fund to be designated
as "The Treas.urer's Fund" the sum of Three Thousand
Dollars 03,000.00), to be disbursed by the Treasurer
upon the order of the Recorder in the interval between
monthly council meetings."
