ORDINANCE N0. 8652
An ordinance amending Ordinance No. 4846 entitled:
"AN ORDINANCE creating a City Planning Commission, and
providing and adopting certain rules and regulations for
the government and maintenance of said City Planning
Commission within the City of Eugene, Lane County, Ore-
gon, prescribing the powers and duties of said commission,
and providing for the payment of the expenses of said City
Planning Commission."
passed by the Common Council and approved by the Mayor on the 25th day of May,
1925, by adding Section 14 thereto.
THE CITY OF EUGENE DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That Ordinance No. 4846 entitled:
"AN ORDINANCE creating a City Planning Commission, and
providing and adopting certain rules and regulations for
the government and maintenance of said City Planning
Commission within the City of Eugene, Lane County, ,_
Oregon, prescribing the powers and duties of said
commission, and providing for the payment of the expenses
of said City Flanning Commission."
passed by the Common Council-and approved by the Mayor on the 25th day of 1Viay,
1925, be and the same is hereby amended by adding thereto Section 14 which shall
read as follows:
"Section 14. The City Planning Commission is hereby given
all rights and powers provided in Chapters XVI and RVII of
Title 56 of the Oregon Code Annotated 1930, together with
all amendments thereto."
