.An Ordinance amending Section 15 of Ordinance No. 8611 entitled:
"An Ordinance regulating the parking of vehicles upon the
streets of the City of Eugene and prescribing penalties
fox the violation thereof and repealing all ordinances or
parts of ordinances in conflict herewith, and declaring an
emergency."
passed~by„the Common Council on the 24th day of July, 1939, and approved by the
Mayor on the 26th day of July, 1939.
THE CITY OF EUGENE DOES ORDAIN AS FOLL04~"S:
Section 1. That Section 15 of Ordinance No..8611 entitled:
"An Ordinance regulating the parking of vehicles upon the
streets of the City of Eugene and prescribing penalties for
the violation thereof and repealing all ordinances or parts
of ordinances in conflict herewit:n, and decla~°ing an emergency."
passed by the Common Council on the 24th day of July, 1939, and approved by the
May or on the 26~h day of July, 1939, be and the same is hereby amended to read
as follows:
"Section 15. It shall be unlawful for the driver or any
person or persons to stop, park, or permit any vehicle to
stand on any street in the City of Eugene, within twenty
feet of any fire hydrant, or within ten feet of the
property line at the corner of any street intersection or
upon any bridge, culvert or approach, or in front of the
vehicle entrance to any property."
