ORDINANCE 8695
An Ordinance providing for. the storage of automobiles in all multiple
family residence districts and apartment house districts in the City of Eugene,
and declaring a penalty.
THE CITY OF EUGENE DOES ORDAIRT AS FOLLOtidS:
Section 1. That wherever houses are built, rebuilt or replanned for
multiple family residence use of apartment house use provision shall be made upon
the premises of the owner for the storage on the premises of one automobile for
each occupancy.
Section 2. Any person, firm or corporation violating or failing to
comply with any of-the provisions of the foregoing ordinance shall, upon conviction
before the City Recorder, be subject to a fine of not more than X200.00 and for the
costs of the prosecution, and mad be imprisoned one day for each '2.00 of the fine
unpaid .
