An ordinance defining the apartment house district provided for in Ordinance
No. 8694, Section 3 (b).
THE CITY OF EUGE~~~ DOES ORDAIN? AS FOLLOVu'S ;
Section 1. The apartment Yiouse district provided fo r in Ordinance No. 8694
Section 3 (b), upon recommendation of the Planning Commission is now fixed as
being the area between Alder Street and Lincoln Street and bounded by Thirteenth
Street on the South and on the North by the present business and light industrial
districts which are described as follows:

Beginning at the intersection of Alder Street and East Broadway
running thence V'Jest on East Broadway to the V'Jest line of Hilyard
Street; thence North to a point midway between Eighth Avenue and
East Broadway; thence West to the alley bets^reen High Street and
N1i11 Street; thence South along said alleyto a point 120 feet
South of the South line of Eleventh Avenue East; thence West to
the alley between Vdillamette Street and Oak Street; thence
South along said alley to a point 169 feet South of the South
line of Thirteenth Avenue; thence VYest to a point midway between
V'+Iillamette Street and Olive Street; thence North to Thirteenth
Avenue; thence V~Jest on Thirteenth Avenue to the alley between
Charnelt on Street and Lincoln Street; thence North to the alley
between Fourth Avenue and Fifth Avenue; thence 4"Jest to Lincoln
Street.
and the City Engineer be and he is hereby directed to place the same upon his
Use Map.
