An Ordinance adopting for the City of Eugene, Oregon, the 1940
Edition of the Pacific Coast Conference Uniform Building Code.
TFL CITY OF EUGER~+E DOES ORDAITJ AS FOLLO~TS:
Section 1. That the Uniform Building Code, 1940"Edition, prepared
by Pacific Coast wilding Officials Conference of 124 ti"lest Fourth Street,
Los Angles, California, be and the same is hereby adopted and accepted,
passed and approved as the building code for the City of Eugene.
Passed by the Common Council
this 22nd day of December, 1941.
