I <br />1'7 8 <br /> <br />ORDINANCE N0. 8740 <br />I <br />An Ordinance prohibiting the purchase or acquisition or concealment of <br />stolen or fraudulently acquired property. <br />4' <br />THE CITY OF EUGENE DOES ORDAIN AS FOLL04+~S: <br />Section 1. It shall be unlawful in the City of Eugene for any person, <br />firm, or corporation to buy receive or conceal or attempt to conceal any property. <br />which he knows or has good reason to believe has been stolen or acquired <br />fraudulently or dishonestly. I <br />Section 2. Any person, firm or corporation violating any of the provisions <br />of this ordinance shall be subject to a fine of not less than `+ 5.00 and not <br />f <br />exceeding the sum of N200.00, and shall be imprisoned in the city jail one day ~ ~ <br />for each two dollars of such fine unpaid. <br />Section 3.
