Ordinance l~•70. 8413, entitled, "An Ordinance to create or divide the City of Eugene
into Districts ~~kithin some of ~^,~hicii it shall be lavYful, and v~:ithin others of vJhich
it shall be unlaU~>ful to erect, constz°uct, alter or r~~aintain certain b~aildin~s, or
or to curry on certain trades or callings, or• v~~ithin ?~~hich the height and bulk
of future buildings shall be limited, and providing for setback lines, and provid-
ing for a penalty for the violation thereof."
