An Ordinance adopting the new fiscal tax year for the City of Eugene;
~ directing that its books be closed on the .30th day of June in each year;

j and that all budgetary receipts heretofore based vn the calendar year be
extablished on the fiscal year as herein provided; and directing the
Recorder and the City Treasurer to cause the same to be properly set up

upon the City's books.
THE CITY OF EUGENE DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOVi~S:
~ Section 1. The City of Eugene hereby adopts the new fiscal tax
year established by-the State of Oregon commencing July 1 in each year and
~ terminating on June 30 of the ensuing year, and directs that its books be

closed on the 30th day of June in each year;

Section 2. All budgetary receipts heretofore based on the calendar
year be and they are hereby established on the fiscal year as hereinbefore
i
,provided, and all ordinances and parts of ordinances are hereby ammended
to conform hereto, and all licenses permits and funds hereto-fore established
on the calendar year be and they are, hereby established and made payable
I -
on the basis of the fiscal year.
Section 3. That the City Recorder and the City Treasurer are hereby
authorized and directed to cause the changes hereinbefore set out to be
properly set up upon the City's books.
