ORDINANCE N0. 8751
An Ordinance repealing Ordinance No. 8558, entitled, "An Ordinance
providing for service in the extinguishing of fires outside of the city limits
of Eugene." passed by the Common Council the 14th day of November, 1938, and
approved by the Tviayor on the 15th day of November, 1938.

Section:;l. That Ordinance No. 8558, entitled, "A_n Ordinance providing
for service in the extinguishing of fires outside the city limits of Eugene,"

repealed.
