That Ordinance No. 8413 entitled: <br />"An Ordinance to create or divide the City into Districts within some of <br />which it stall be lawful, and within others of which it shall be unlawful <br />to erect, construct, alter or maintain certain buildings, or to carry on <br />certain trades or ca llings, or within which the height and bulk of future <br />buildings shall be limited, and providing for set-back lines, and providing <br />for a penalty for the violation thereof." <br />passed by the Common Council April 8, 1935, and approved b;% the Itlayor April 9,1935, <br />be and the same is hereby amended so as to reclassify a-certain area in the <br />following particulars: <br />That the classification of the following area: <br />Beginning 320 feet South and 331.5 feet ti'.est of the hortheast corner of <br />Claim 54, Township 1'7, South of Fange 3 ~~est of the titiillamette Meridian, <br />which said point is the Northeast corner of the intersection of R~adison <br />Street and nth Avenue Vuest in the City of Eugene, run thence North along <br />the East line of I'~~~adison Street 145 feet to the alley between 8th Avenue <br />T~`~est and 9th Avenue j,}iest, thence East 82 feet, thence South 55 feet, thence <br />V':est 2 feet, thence South 9O feet, and Z`~est along the T~;orth line of 9th <br />Avenue t~~est 80 feet to the place of beginning. <br />be and the same is hereby changed from a single family residence district to a <br />multiple family residence district. <br />Section 2.
