That the report of JAT~~§LS A. RODII~IAT~;, F. iv;. BEI~~'~?ETT and <br />G;~. R. ROEP~RTSOh as viewers upon the proposed opening of Fillmore street from <br />the alley south of Sixth Avenue, to Seventh Avenue 1~'Jest, in the City of Eugene, <br />Lane County, Oregon, made and filed on the 14th day of I~:;arch 1944, having been <br />duly examined by the Common Council of tree said City of Eugene, and said report <br />appearing to the Council to be in all respects reasonable and just, the same <br />is hereby adopted, as so rr~ade, in words and figures following, to-wit; <br />II`~ TFi-E I~-ATTER OF Tn~E PRO~~OSED OFEI~IiuG ) <br />OF FILLT~-:ORE STt.EET FROT:C THE ALLEY SGUTH ) <br />OF 6TH AT,TETvUE 1~°dZi'ST TO 7TH tiUl;ivUE ~`o'EST, ) <br />IN THE CITY OF ETuGEi '., OREGON. ) <br />To the iv~ayor and Common Council <br />of the City of Eugene: <br />Gentlemen:- <br />REI.~ORT OF VIE'~4`ERS <br />tile, the undersigned, duly appointed by Ordinance No. 8779 as vievrers to <br />assess the benefits and damages accruing to private property by reason of the <br />extension of Fillmore Street from the alley south of 6th Avenue west to `7th <br />Avenue uJest in the City of Eugene, Lane County, Oregon, most res~ectf ully <br />r•epor•t <br />That at the time and place appointed by the Common Council for a first <br />meeting, to-wit: At the Council Chambers in the City of Eugene, on the 4th <br />day of January 1944, at ~ :00 0' clock P.PYS. the members of the Board, tp-wit <br />James A. Rodman, F. t`f. Bennett, and ti~J. R. Robertson, met, took the oath of <br />office and elected ~"ames A. Rodman as Chairman of the Board and thereupon <br />adjourned to view the property sought to be condernmed, together with the <br />various properties extending along Fillmore Street as to the benefits and <br />damages they would receive through the proposed opening of Fillmore Street frorr~ <br />the alley South of 6th Avenue aJest to 7th avenue west ih the City of Eugene, <br />and called to their assistance tie City Engineer and examined the map prepared <br />by him and all lots and acreage adjacent to the improvement and, Having care- <br />fully considered tI!c c~~.ir.ag~;~ and ben.ei~its accruing to said properties by reason <br />of the extension of said Fillmore Street, and having therefore assessed the <br />damages that will accrue to the land and the persons hereinafter named and <br />described, and having assessed all special benefits that T,vill accrue to private <br />
