Rodman, F. t`f. Bennett, and ti~J. R. Robertson, met, took the oath of office and elected ~"ames A. Rodman as Chairman of the Board and thereupon adjourned to view the property sought to be condernmed, together with the various properties extending along Fillmore Street as to the benefits and damages they would receive through the proposed opening of Fillmore Street frorr~ the alley South of 6th Avenue aJest to 7th avenue west ih the City of Eugene, and called to their assistance tie City Engineer and examined the map prepared by him and all lots and acreage adjacent to the improvement and, Having care- fully considered tI!c c~~.ir.ag~;~ and ben.ei~its accruing to said properties by reason of the extension of said Fillmore Street, and having therefore assessed the damages that will accrue to the land and the persons hereinafter named and described, and having assessed all special benefits that T,vill accrue to private 2ss property in the vicinity of the proposed extension by r•eason~,of the opening and exter~tion of said street, the vievver•s found that the follovaing lands are taken by the extension of said street and the owners thereof are darnaged as shovJn, to-wit LAl~:D 1~dHICN ARE TAYEI`?
