An Ordinance adopting and re-establishing just and equitable rates as pro-
vided in Section 6 of Ordinance 1`~0. 8610 by the Common Council.
THE CITY OF EUGEr~ DOES ORDAIN ANS FOLLOr~S:
Section 1. The Common Council of the City of Eugene Bores hereby re-esta-
blish just and equitable rates heretof ore established by Ordinance No. 8786 and
after a review of the rates and charges vvith a view to correcting irregularities
does hereby adopt for the computation of sewer charges the following schedule of
rates adopted pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No. 8786, Ordinance 8763,
and Ordinance No. 8610 and the sewage disposal charter amendment adopted by the
electors of the City on November 8, 1938, as follows, to-wit:
