An Ordinance for the establishment of a financial reserve or special fund for
the replacement of automotive equipment in the various city departments
of the City of Eugene.
THE CITY OF EUGENE DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOt1dS
Section 1. There is hereby ec~tablished a financial reserve or
special fund for the replacement of automotive equipment in the various ~
departments of the City of Eugene to be provided by taxes levied, or other
funds placed therein. Such proposals to be within the limitation imposed by'
Article ~I of Section 11 of the constitution of the State of Oregon, and
the estimated total outlay is X20,000.00.
Section 2. The annuay increrrient ~bo such funds shall be limited to
a period of not to exceed ten years.
Section 3. This ordihace is passed pursuant to the provisions of
Chapter 453 of Oregon Laws 1945, and the various provisions of said
Chapter applicable are hereby incorporated herein.
Passed by the Common Council Approved by the Mayor this
this 11th day of Tune, 1945. 12th day of June, 1945.
