Whereas, the Common Council of the City of Eugaena did by Grdinance No $806 pass ed ~

! by the said Comanon Council on the 12th day of February, 19.5, and approved by the R?ayor

thereof on the ssme day, determine .to pave and improve Jefferson Street between 19th
I~ Avenue and 2l~th Avenue in the City of Eugene, Lane County, Oregon, and
