1~n Ordinance amending Ordinance No. 8413 of the City of Eugene,
entitled:
" An Ordinance to create or divide the Cit~T i.nt•o Districts
within same of which it shall be lavrful, and within others
of ~nrhich it shall be unlawful to erect, construct, alter or
maintain certain buildings, or to carry on certain trades or
callings, or v+rithin which the height and bulk of future
buildings shall be limited, and providing for setback lines,
and providing far a penalty for the violation thereof.
Passed by the Common Council April ~i, 1935, and approved by the 141ayor
April 9, 1935•

Section 1. That Ordinance Pdo. 8413 entitled:

April 9, 1935, be and the same is hereby amended that:
The property beginning at the southwest corner of Lot B in
Flock 2 of Christian's .Addition to Eugene, as platted and
recorded at page 601 of Vo]_ume F, Lane County Oregon Deed
Records, in Lane County, Oregon thence North 94.25 feet;
thence East 53 feet; thence south 94.25 feet and thence
west 53 feet to the place of beginning being part of lots
5 and P ).r. Block 2 of Christian's Addition to Eugene, Lane
County, Oregon
be and. the same is hereby changed from a multiple family residential
district to a business district,
and
The property starting at a point approximatel~T 70 feet
South from the central line U.S. 99 at the Sauthvrest
corner of 7th Avenue u"lest at Garfield Street running
58 feet south, thence 120 feet ~tTest, thence 5~ feet north,
thence 120 feF~t East to a paint of beginning
be and the same is hereby changed from a single family residencal
district to a light industrial district.

Section 2. `What the City Engineer be and he is hereby
directed to cause the map attached to Ordinance No. 81113 to show
the foregoing changes in classification of areas and to note thereon
the rule witki respect to buildings in single famil~r residence zones.
