That Ordinance No 81.13 enti'cled: "An Ordinance to create or divide the pity into Districts within some of which it shall be lawful and within others of which it shall be unlawful to erect, construct, alter or maintain certain buildings, or to carry on certain trades or Callings, or within which the height and bulk of future buildings shall be limited, and providing for setback lines, and providing for a penalty for the violation thereof.rr passed by the Common Council April 8, 1935, and approved by the Mayor April 9, 1935, be and the same is hereby amended in the following particulars; That the classification of Byers; Lots 1+, 5, b, 7 and 8, Block 35, Fairmount Addition ar~d Lots 17, 18, 19, 20, 21 and 22, and 25 feet lying east of ~ Lot 22, all in Block 35, Fairmount Addition to Eugene, Lane County, Oregon be and the same is hereby changed from a single family residential district to a business district. That the classification of Kok &: Lake: Lot 7, Block 1+, of `Peshnerts Addition to Eugene, Lane County, Oregon be and the same is hereby changed from a single family residential district to a ~ business district. That the classification of W. A. Cummings; Lots 1, 2, 15 and 16, Block 30, Driverton Addition to Eugene, / Lane County, Oregon be and the same is hereby changed from a singlo family residential district to 411 multiple family residential district. ~ t~ 2 ~ That tha classification of T.
