Whereas, the Common Council of the City of Eugene did by Ordinance No 88t~5,. passed by the said Common Council on the 13th day of August, 19.5, and approved by the Mayor thereof on the same day, determine to construct a sanitary sewer on Twent y- third Avenue East from Hilyard Street to Harris Street, in the City of Eugene, Oregon, and Whereas, the improvement abova described and designated has been made in accordance with said ordinance and the law in such case made and provided, and the costs thereof have been ascertained to be, Amount paid contractor x"1976.00 Engineering 5f 98.80 Amount assessed property ~ 207J.~.80 THE CITY OF EUGEDTE DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. That the total cost of constructing a sanitary sewer on the South side of Twenty third Avenue from Hilyard Street to Harris Streit, ~u the City of Eugene, Cregon, is the sum of ~207l~.80, which is hereby by this ordinance asses- sed against the property hereinafter described. Section 2. That the Common Council of the City of Eugene, O'regdn, does hereby determine and assess each lot, part of lot or parcel of land benefitted by said improvement to be as follows, each lot and part of lot being in Eugene, Lane County, Oregon, to--wit; 1. That the Com*aon Council of the City of Eugene, does hereby determine that each parcel of land or lot hereinbefore described as specifically benefitted to the extent of the assessment hereinbefore set forth, and does hereby declare each and all of said assessments to be liens upon the respective lots, parts of lots or parcels of land against which said several amounts are assessed, and orders and directs the City Recorder to enter in the docket of city liens a statement -thereof, containing: f First; A description of each lot, part of lot or parcel of land liable for such improvement. Second: The name of the owner or reputed owner thereof, or that the name of the owner is unknow.
