DESIGNATING TRAVIS SMITH AS ACTING IN CAPACITY EUGENE
CITY PROSECUTOR.
The City Attorney of the City of Eugene finds that:
A. Due to the resignation of City Prosecutor Susan Triem, it is necessary to appoint an
Acting in Capacity (AIC) City Prosecutor until a permanent City Prosecutor can be appointed.
B. Travis Smith is the Deputy City Prosecutor and should be appointed as AIC City
Prosecutor.
NOW, THEREFORE,
The City Attorney of the City of Eugene directs that Travis Smith is designated as AIC
City Prosecutor effective September 12, 2016, until such time as his designation as AIC City
Prosecutor is terminated.
