i An Ordinance dividing the City of Eugene into V',iards, and repealing

j Ordinanoe No. 7592, and all ordinances and parts of Ordinances in conflict herewith.

I THE CITY OF EUGENE DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:

~ Section 1. That the City of Eugene be and it is hereby divided into four
Wards, as follovrs:
First Ward: All that part of 'the City of 1lzgene lying east of the center
line of Willamette Street and South of the center line of 13th Avenue East shall
~ constitute and is hereby designated as the First V~fard of the City of Eugene.

I~ Second Ward; All that part of tho City of Eugene lying East of t}ie center

~ line of Willamette_Street and~North of the center line-of 13th Avenue East shall

constitute and is hereby designated as the Second Ward of the City of Eugene.
~ Third Ward: All that part of the City of Eurrene lying West of" tha center

lino of Willamette Street and North of the center line of West Broadway, as extended

~ to the City Limits, shall constitute ar~d is hereby designated as the Third Ward cf

the City of Eugene.
Fourth Ward: All that part of the Cit;,y of Eugene lying E;est of the center
line of Willamette Street and South of the center lino of West rroadway, as extended
to the City limits shall constitute and is hereby designated as tiie Fourth Ward of
the City of Eugene.
Section 2. That the Councilmen elected to serve for the First, Second, Third
and r^ourth Wards, respectively, shall continue to serve and represent the people of
the Wards as herein set out.
Section 3. That Ordinance No. 7592 and all ordinances and parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
