An Ordinance amending Section 123 of Ordinance No. 887L} entitled;
"An Ordinance providing for the establishment of a Bureau of Fire
Prevention, providing officers therefore and defining their powers
and duties, and prescribing regulations for fire prevention a.nd
life safety in conneation with hazardous materials and processes."
passed by the Common Council on the //~ day of February, 1~,1~.6, and approved by
the lRayor on the /,3 t.~ day of February, 19l~6.
THE CITY OF EUGEPJE DOES ORDAIPI AS FOLLOV~lS:
Section 1. That Section 123 of Ordinance No. 887. entitled;
"An Ordinance providing for the establishment of a Bureau of Fire
Prevention, providing officers therefore and defining; their pourers
and duties, and prescribing regulations for fire prevention and
life safety in connection with hazardous materials and processes."
passed by the Common Council on the // z;~ da~T of February, 19l~6, and approved by
the T.Rayor on the /,3~_day of February, 1;~1a.6, be and the same is hereby amended to
read as f oll ours ;
"123. All applications for permits required by this Ordinance shall
be .made to the Bureau of Fire Prevention in such form and detail
as it shall prescribe, and each application shall be accompanied by
a regulatory permit fee oi' X1.50."
