That the City Engineer be and he is hereby directed to cause the map attached to Ordinance No. 8423 to show the foregoing changes in classiiicat- ion of areas and to note thereon the rule with respect to buildings in single family residence zones: All Ordinances and parts of Ordinance in ccmflict rerewith are herewith repealed.
