ORDINANCE NO. Ei920
An Ordinance to ~ construct a sanitary sewer on the East Side .of Lincoln
Street, between 2lst Avenue West and 23rd Avenue West in the City of Eugene, bane
County, Oregon.
THE CITY.OF EUGENE DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the Common Council of the City of Eugene, Lane county, Oregon, does hereby declare
its intention to~ construct a sanitary sewer on the East Side of Lincoln Street, between
21st Avenue West and 23rd Avenue West in the City•of E4ngene, Lane County, Oregon
and making such other and further improvements in connection therewith as may be necessary and proper
to a properly oonatruoted sewer all in accordance with the plans and specifica-
tions to be prepared by the city engineer as hereinafter specified.

to said xcept street intersections whichwill be paid for by the city, and there shall be included
as a part of the costs thereof, the engineer's charges for his services thereon not to exceed five per cent
of the contract price therefor.

immediate preservation of the public peace, health and safety, that this ordinance take effect at once, and
it is ordered that this act shall take effect immediately upon its passage by the Council and approval by
the Mayor.
