An Ordinance amending Ordinance No 841j of tt~e City of Eugene, entitled;
"An Ordinance to create or divide the City into Districts ~rithin
some of which it shall be lawful, and within others of v~hiich it
shall be unlawful to erect, construct, alter or maintain certain
buildings, or carry on certain trades or callings, or within
which tl'ie height and bulk of future buildings shall be .,limited,
and providing for setback lines, and providing for a penalty for
the violation thereof."
passed by the Common Council April $, 1935, and approved by the Mayor, April g, 1935.
WHEREAS, under the direction of the Common Council of the City of Eugene the City
Planning Commission has prepaz•ed a tentative report and held hearings 'thereon and have
adopted the tentative report as their final and permanent report and transmitted the
same-to the City Council with recommendation that the same be enacted into an ordinance.
- THEREFORE, THE CITY OF EUGENE DOES ORDAIN AS FnLLOWSs
Section 1. shat Ordinance No. 8.13, entitled;
"An Ordinance to create or divide the City into Districts within
some of which it shall be lawful and within others of which it
shall be unlawful to erect, construct, alter or ^-.wintain certain
buildings, or to carry on certain trades or callings, or within
which the height ar.d bulk of future buildings shall be ,limited, an d

violation thereof."
passed by the Common Council April, 1935, and approved by the P,+fay or, April 9, 1835,
be and the same is hereby amended in the following particulars:
That the classification of:
Lot 3, Block ~+ of Purkerson and Quimby~s Addition to Eugene,
(property located at 1150 West 6th Avenue} `~
be and the same is hereby changed from a single family residential district to a
multiple family property. (R-3 Zone}
Section 2. That the City Engineer be ar_d he is hereby directed to cause the
map attached to Ordinance 3~To $423 to show the foregoing change in classification
of a~°aas and to note thereon the rule with respect to buildings in multiple family
zones.
