WHEREAS, the Common Council of the City of Eugene did by Ordinance No. 8956, passed by the Common Council on the 12th day of November, 19L.i.6, and approved by the Mayor thereof on the 13th day of ATovember, 19i~.6, determine to construct a sewer on Eighteenth Avenue from the alley between Jefferson and Madison Streets to the alley between Madison and Monroe Streets, and in the alley between poTadison and Monroe Streets frcan Eighteenth Avenue to Nineteenth Avenue in the City of Eugene, and WHEREAS, the improvement above described and designated has been made in accordance with said Ordinance and the law in such case made and provided, and the costs j and amount thereof to be assessed have been ascertained to be, i Amount Paid Contractor ~1,890..~.0 a Enginoering 5y 9+•52 f Amount to be Assessed ~ , ~.. _ I VifHEREAS, notice of the proposed assessment to the owners and reputed owners of the hereafter designated parcels of real property having been heretofore duly and regularly given and in compliance with the provisions of Ordinance No. 1510, passed ~ by the Com®.on Council of the City of Eugene on the 20th day of April, 1911.} and ap- f ~ proved by the Mayor thereof on the 21st day of April, 1971., and the Common Council having ~ heard any and all protests, objections and remonstrances thereto and having fully consid- i i ered the same, THE CITY OF EUGENE DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOtiYS: { Section 1.
