An Ordinance levying assessments for the construction of a sewer on
Lincoln Street between Twenty--first Avenue and Twenty-third Avenue.
i WHEREAS, the Common Council of the City of Eugene did by Ordinance No. 8820
' passed by the Common Council on the 29th day of July, 19J~6 and approved by the Mayor
on the 30th day of July, 19.6, determine to construct a sewer on Lincoln Street
! between Twenty-first Avenue and Twenty-third Avenue in the City of Eugene, and

j WHEREAS, the improvement above described and designated has been made in
accordance with said Ordinance and the law in such case made and provided, and the
- costs .and amount thereof to be assessed have been ascertained to be,

WHEREAS, notice of the proposed assessment to the owners and reputed
owners of the hereafter designated parcels of real property having been heretofore

duly and regularly given and in compliance with the provisions of Ordinance No 1510,

passed by the Common Council of the City of Eugene on the 20th day of April, 19]~.~

and approved by the Mayor thereof on the 21st day of April, 1911.x., and the Common
Council having heard any and alI protests, objections and remonstrances thereto and
having fully considered the same,
THE CITY OF EUC~NE DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
! Section 1. That the total cost of constructing a seeder on Lincoln Street
j between Twenty-first Avenue and_Twenty--third Avenue in the City of Eugene, Oregon,

' is the sum of X1351.29 as aforesaid, which is by this Ordinance assessed against the
parcels of property hereinafter described in the amounts set opposite respectively.
Section 2. That the Common Council of the City of Eugene, Oregon, does here'
- by determine and assess each lot, and part of lot being in Eugene, Lane County,

Section 3, That the Comrnon Council of the City of Eugene does hereby deter-
mine that each parcel of land or lot hereinbefore described is specifically benefit-
ted to the extent of the assessment hereinbefore set forth, and does hereby declare:
each and all of said assessments to be liens upon the respective lots, parts of lots
or parcels of land against which said several amounts are assessed, and orders and
directs the City Recorder .to enter .in the docket of City liens, a statement thereof,
containing=
First; A description of each lot, part of lot or acreage property liable
for such improvement.

Third; The stun assessed upon said property and the date of entering the
