V`~-ICRF~AS, the Cor,~mon Council of the City of Eugene did by Ordinance No. 89?1E, passed by the said Common Council on the 29th day of July, 19L{.6, and approved by the Mayor thereof on the 30th day of July, 1Q1.~.6, determine to construct a sewer on Jefferson Street between Nineteenth Avenue and Twenty-fourth Avenue in the City of Eugene , and WHEREAS, the improvement above described and designated has been made in accordance with said ordinance and the law in such case made and provided, and the costs amount thereof to be assessed have been ascertained to be, Amount paid Contractor ~2,766.b3 Engineering 5/ 138.33 Amount to be Assessed, w~~~•~ ~'itHEREAS, notice of the proposed assessment to the owners and•reputed owners of the hereafter designated parcels of real property having been heretofore duly said regularly given and in compliance with the provisions of Ordinance No. T510, passed by the Common Council of tho City of Eugene on the 20th day of April, 1911., and approved the Pdayor thereof on the 21st day of April, 1911, and the .Common Council having hear~any and alI protests, objections and remonstrances thereto and having-fully considered the same, THE CITY OF EUC~NE DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. That the total cost of constructing a sewer on Jefferson Street 4 ~ - between Nineteenth Avenue and Twenty-fourth Avenue, in the City of Eugene, Oregon, is the sum of ~2,901.~.96, as aforesaid, which is by this Ordinance assessed against the parcels of property hereinafter described in the amounts set opposite respectively. Section 2. That the Common Council of the City of Eugene, Oregon, does hereby determine and assess each lot, and part of lot, being in Eugene, Lane County, Oregon, to-vrit 1. W. ~I.
