An Ordinance amending Ordinance No. 8113 of the City of Eugene, entitled:
"An Ordinance to create or divide the City into Districts within

FiHEREAS, under the direction of the Common Council of the City of Eugene,
the City Planning Commission has prepared a tentative report and held hearings
thereon and have adopted the tentative report as their final and perrr~nent report
and transmitted the same to the City Counci 1 wi th recommendation that the same be
enacted into an Ordinance,

Section 1. That Ordinance No. 81<l3, entitled:
"An Ordinance to create or di vide the City into Dis tricts vri.thin

be and the same is hereby amended in the follovring particulars:
That the classification of
Lots 11 to 18, inclusive, of I31ock 3, Riverwood Addition to
Eugene, Lane County, Oregon. Property located at 1st and
Jackson Streets,
be and the same is hereby charged from a single family nnsidence to light industrial
classification.
Section 2. That the City Engineer be and he is hereby directed to cause
the map attached to Ordinance No. 8113, to show the foregoing change in classifica-
tion of areas and to note thereon the rule with respect to buildings in single family
~ residence zones.
