An Ordinance to amend Ordinance TJo. 8938, of the City of the
City of Eugene, Lane County, Oregon.

THE CITY OF EUGEfi1E DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLO~G~IS:
Section 1. That subdivision (b) of Section 1 of Ordinance No. 8938,
i of the City of Eugene, Lane County, Oregon, passed by the Common Council on
October 11.x., 19I~6, and approved by the Mayor on October 7.l.~., 1911.6, be and the
same is hereby amended to read as follows;
i (b), The term "machine", whenever used in this ordinance shall
i
mean and include any pin ball, marble game or similar device or game, and
i
~ any juke box or music or sound producing machine, regardless of the number
of remote control selector and selecting devices and any other radio, music or
i
~ sound projector or device, and any other machine or device the playing or
operation of which is had by depositing therein coins or slugs, and are played
I
or operated for amusement or entertainment only.
