ORDINANCE N0. 8992
An Ordinance amending Ordinance Tdo 84.13 of the City of Eugene, entitled;
"An Ordinance to create or divide the City into Districts
Zvithin some of-which it shall be lawful, and within others
of which it shall be unlawful to erect, construct, alter or
maintain certain buildings, or to carry on certain trades or
callings, or within which the height and bulk of future build-
ings shall be limited, and providing for setback lines, and
providing for a penalty for the violation thereof."
passed by the Common Council April 8, _1935, and approved by the P~Iayor April 9,
1935•
tiVHEREP~S, under the direction of the Common Council of the City of Eugene,
the City Planning Commission has prepared a tentative report and held hearings thereon
and have adopted the tentative report as their final and permanent report and trans-
mitted the same to the City Council with reco~ranendation that the same be enacted into
an Ordinance,
NOV~t, THEREFORE, THE CITY OF Li3 Gr,bTE DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS
Section 1. That Ordinance TsTO. 84.13, entitled;
"An Ordinance to create or divide the City into Districts
within some- of which it shall be lawful and v~rithin others of
which it shall be unlawful to erect, construct, alter or
maintain certain buildings, or to carry on certain_trades or

be and the same is hereby amended in the following particulars:
The the classification of;
Lots numbered 1, 2, 3, 1~., 11, 12, 33 ~_and 7.II., all of Block
8, of Fairmount Amended Plat of the City of Etzgene~
be and the same is hereby designated as light industrial classification and zoning.
Section 2. That the City Engineer be and he is hereby directed to cause
